Anxiety

Anxiety is excitements' extremely uncomfortable and often debilitating cousin.  It can be situational and creep up without warning. For me, navigating anxiety requires a unique set of tools including self compassion, understanding, coping, and the regulation of emotions.  Together we can process your experiences and set up a map for you to take as you continue on your journey.  The human experience contains both comfortable and uncomfortable moments.  Our tools are the balance to ride each wave.

Depression has quickly become one our world's most common diagnoses and it's easy to understand why given the range of trauma we as humans all experience.  Within this framework though, is little balance to express our feelings, process our wounds, and hold space for one another.  In this shadowy place feeling heard, understood, and seen has been one of the most healing experiences.  In my practice all clients know they have a safe space to talk, reflect, and begin constructing a new kind of relationship with uncomfortable feelings as time passes.  Each step no matter how small, is movement.  As long as we keep moving we keep growing.
